Are you looking for fun things to do in Cape Town today?
Well look no further, the team and I have brainstormed and we have put together a list of the most unique, adventurous and fun things to do in Cape Town today!
Let’s get started.
1. Kitesurfing Lessons in Cape Town, Bloubergstrand.
If it’s windy and sunny at the same time, learning how to kitesurf is probably one of the most fun things to do in Cape Town today!
There are many different courses you can take, but we would reccommend the 3 day course. In this course you will learn all about the wind, the ocean and how kitesurfers do what they do. In our opinion kitesurfing is an extremely life changing activity to take up.
In the words of the great Robby Naish; “Kitesurfing has to be one of the best travel and adventure sports of all time. It’s an incredible vehicle for experiencing the world, and finding places that you’d never experience any other way.”Read more about this on Richard Branson’s Virgin website.

2. Hike Table Mountain, On The Skeleton Gorge Route.
Skeleton Gorge is for sure one of the more fun things to do in Cape Town, on a hot summer’s day. Most of the route is shaded by tall indigenous jungle forest, so theres loads of protection from the scorching sun lurking above.
Whats even more awesome about this route, is once you reach the top at about 1086 m above sea level, there is large natural water catchment area waiting for you, perfect to cool off in! The hike will take you 4 – 6 hours, thus it does require a reasonable amount of fitness.
If you’d like a guide to accompany you up this breathtaking route, (pun intended) search no further than, Hike Addicts.

Now it might seem restricted but actually, renting a Harley Davidson in Cape Town is pretty easy and we know just the place you need to go if you are interested in one! Rent a Hog offers exotic Harleys, some for only 450 ZAR/28 EURO a day!
