Save a Penguin Project

Kitesurfing Lessons – That Make a Difference

Coastline Kitesurfing is proud to be partners with SANCCOB, a non profit organization which has been saving seabirds since 1968. We have created a unique connection between our lessons and marine conservation/education.

Help save a penguin by booking a lesson with us!

Coastline gives part of the lesson fee directly to SANCCOB’s Oiled Wildlife & Response Project. Or as we like to call it, Save A Penguin Project Click here to find out more information.

In case you were wondering, this has absolutely no impact on our lesson prices. We simply make less profit as a company, and we are OK with that! As an Eco-Friendly kitesurfing school we feel it’s our responsibility to give back to the ocean, and all its precious sea animals.

How Does It Work?

Well, its very easy.

Step 1 – You choose a start date and book one of our kitesurfing courses.

Step 2 – We allocate a small % of your lesson fee to our Save A Penguin Project

Step 3 – Your big day arrives and we give you the most awesome kitesurfing lessons possible.

Essentially, you’ll be learning to kitesurf and saving a penguin at the same time!

However, if you are still interested in getting involved yourself and would like to assist SANCCOB with one of their many projects, Coastline can help organize you a position as a volunteer ,where you will get to meet the African penguin and other rare sea birds up close and personal.

For more information on what you could expect as a volunteer, pleaseĀ check this page out.
